(2/19/2010) This 500 unit residential building is located across State Street from a commuter rail station. The site is known as the home of the former Shartenberg department store that once occupied the block. But for decades the land has been virtually vacant except for a partially paved parking lot. The project includes 50 affordable units, a 500 car garage, a bike store and a grocery store. Follow this link for more information.
